Don't know about the tires, but I would definitley push for the paint. Remind them that it's a pearl metallic and that it won't look right. From my experience Insurance companies only pay for what they have to. Good Luck. : i'm planning to let my body shop deal with the other party's adjuster. since it was a rear-end, there shouldn't be much contest. however i have some q's. : 1. if my right tire needs replacing, can i push to have both fronts replaced? i only ask because its good practice to swap both L/R when replacing. do i have a case for this? : 2. my car is a 1990. new paint will most likely appear a shade off from the original paint due to time. no matter how good the body shop is, you can't match 11 year old weathering effects with new paint. since half of my car is going to painted, can i pushed that the entire car be painted to have an exact color match? feasible? : thanks again guys.
